I can't beat the elite four and so far I got these guys

Well what you should do is teach snorlax ice beam in place of blizzard and levle up your Pokemon and you will cruise through the league but remeber the hyper potions

You can't beat the Elite Four with a bunch of Lv. 40 pokemon. Most of their Pokemon are in the high level 50-60's. You should teach one of them ice beam so you'll have an easier time against Lance, the dragon trainer.

I think you should higher their levels to about 60 first. It might take you a while.

You need to level them up to 50+ then you should have no problem beating the elite four.

All your Pokemon are good apart from Butterfree my advice is get rid of butterfree and use a better type of Pokemon maybe a water type because bug Pokemon are one of the weakest types. But altogether they just need training up.
