Have you even noticed?...some of the time you cannot actually get the mini-boost that you get when you level up a pokemon-useing 1 rare.....no here it's much easier this way, using the same Lugia this will* happen:
Lv.40 lugia:
with 60 rare candies no rare candies but 60 lv of hard earned EXP.
Hp:334 422
Atk:264 386
Def:212 399
Spatk:277 405
Spdef:233 409
Spd:315 397
Note:rare candies wont give the special master boost that each Pokemon may give...dont get it?....pokemon is truly deep...in-game and real life!
Just don't cheat....and you you will be rewarded!
