Ok one thing I have no idea what all this stuff is like 8 island or somethink like that and can I go to johto and hoennwhen i've done the elete 4 because I just got this the other day.

You can't get to 8 and 9 Islands without an Action Replay. You can't get to Johto or Hoenn at all.

Get your badge at Cinnabar Gym, and you'll get access to one island(Bill will take you there), then 2 more, then eventually all 7 Sevii Islands. It's all extra stuff that wasn't in R/B/Y if you know of them, and you need to do certain stuff to fix the machine that'll let you trade with R/S, rebattle the E4, and get access to the cave to Mewtwo.
NO, you CANNOT go anywhere but Kanto and the 7 Islands(except for birth island & navel rock, but you need tickets or cheats for that!)no matter how far or what you do in the game. BUT-there are many Jhoto pokes on the Islands-including Larvitar on #7(FYI-Evolves to Tyranitar Lv 55, but wait til 57 for all moves)and stuff to do there to keep you busy for a while. You can even catch all the Unowns!Though it gets you nothing special >:[ they're there.
Enjoy-and if you didn't get to Nugget Bridge yet, please use my previously posted hint on losing to the Team Rocket guy at the top over and over to get as many nuggets as you want to die for(get a 1 weak poke party and spend all $ first, so it's quick and free to lose).
He'll keep giving you them until you beat him, then he disappears!
