Question for Pokemon LeafGreen
I can't get frenzy plant for my venasaur, is it because me and my brother traded and traded back son we could both have charizard and venasaur? Some one please answer I really need this move for the elite four. Thank you

Your Venusaur needs to be at least level 60, and then you can get the move tutor at the top of two island to teach it Frenzy Plant.

I don't think the lvl maters, aslong as it IS Venusar, not Ivysaur or Bulbasaur

Yes traded starter Pokemon can't get that move. The one you choose as a starter and not got by trade she will teach you level doesn't matter .
