Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

I just got done beating Pokemon league,and I don't really know what to do.I still have my masterball but I don't know where the mewto is.Can someone please help me find the Mewto.

Easy question, all you need to do is fly to Cereulan City, go on the Nugget Bridge, go to the left where grass is, surf untill you find a cave. You have to go through it all the way to the end if you want Mewtwo, and the pokemon there are at a high level!

First, you have to go to one island and defeat the rocket thuigs there and get the gem. Then you take it to the guy at the Pokemon center on one island (I think his name is Celio or something). He will then give you the Rainbow pass which enables you to go to islands 4-7. After you have completed all the tasks on these islands you will obtain another gem. Take this to Celio and he will connnect you with the Hoenn region. Go back to Kanto and go to Cerulean City. Once there go to the grassy area next to Nugget Bridge and surf down. You will reach Cerulean Cave. Explore some in there and you will eventually find Mewtwo. (Along with some other strong pokemon) After catching Mewtwo go back to the Pokemon league. Be careful they have been training while you have been completing the islands. Have your Pokemon around level 70 and you should do fine.
