Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

I have a problem
My blastoise is level 47
Its attacks are
Surf
Bite
Hydro cannon
Earthquake

But I have the HM waterfall which move should I delete to make room for waterfall or should I teach to another pokemon?

I would say Bite but overall I think you should teach it to another pok�mon that can use it.

Waterfall is a good move, it would work better with your blastoise better than bite, so I would delete bite if I were you !
