i can't defeat the elite four!!!

Can you guys please help me, my pokemons are
 
 Snorlax lv.45
 Charizard lv.47
 Clefable lv.44
 Hitmonlee lv.47
 Jolteon lv.44
 Dragonair lv.39
 
 And I cannot defeat this Elite four.
 
 Help me pls!!

U need to keep training. U can use the vs seeker to re-battle Pokemon.you can find it in the vermilion city
Pokemon center. Go there and talk to the girl near the counter.once you get it you can rebattle anty trainer you like other than gym leaders

Just by looking at your team, I can tell you have around 9% of winning the elite four so here is what you gotta do:
1)Train hitmonlee to Lv50 or above (max is 55)
2)Take Charizard to Lv57 (Must reach that level for enhancing winning chances)
3) train lapras to Lv 55
3)Catch Zapdos , take to Lv 55
4)Catch articuno, take to Lv 52/53
5) catch moltres, take it to Lv 52/53

Hitmonlee moves: Hi jump kick, rolling kick , reversal , strength
Charizards moves:Flamethrower, fly, brick break, hyper beam
Lapras move: Ice beam, surf, body slam,hydro pump
Zapdos move: shock wave, thunder wave , drill peck, fly
Moltres moves: flamethrower, fly, endure, fire spin
Articuno moves: ice beam, fly, mist, mind reader

Charizard,zapdos-agains lorelei
Gengar.alakazam-agains bruno
Gengar-agains agatra (Note:my gengar is level 79)
Dragonite,graveler-agains lance
And beat the champion

I'm not sure about Clefable but you should be able to bring 15 full restores and the 3 legendary birds
