How do you get the Ruby? I know you have to get the Team Rocket guys to battle you but how do you do that?

Defeat the Pok�mon League, capture 60 kinds of Pok�mon and obtain the National Pok�dex from Oak, talk to Celio again, and go to the Grunts at Mount Ember. You should know what to do from there.

You first need to have the national pokedex and talk to celio and he will ask you to find the ruby plate and then you need to go at mt. ember and battle the rockets.
