Hi there.
Glaceon and Leafeon are Fourth Generation Pokemon; Thus unobtainable in earlier Generations of Pokemon Games such as Pokemon Firered/Leafgreen. You will have to either Import, trade, or catch an Eevee on a Fourth or Fifth Generation game such as Pokemon Pearl, Diamond, Platinum, Black, or White to get them. Leafeon will require leveling up near a Moss Rock. Glaceon will require leveling up near an Ice Rock.

However, Umbreon and Espeon are Second Generation Pokemon, thus available in Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal versions all the way up to Black and White versions. Each of them evolve by reaching happiness with their trainer, only differing by time of day.
Eevee will evolve into Umbreon when it reaches happiness at night time.
Eevee will evolve into Espeon when it reaches happiness during the day.

Hope I helped.

After you beat the elite four, there should be a new place you are able to go to, called the white forest. There, you can find many before gen pokemon like ditto or eevee.

Yes you can get them on leafgreen. You just need to trade an eevee to ruby or sapphire, wait till night or day at max happiness to evolve them to whichever one you want, then trade back to firered/leafgreen. I guarantee it'll work cause ruby an sapphire have a night and day system. And there you have it!
