Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

Hi, I just want to ask a few questions, because I'm not very familiar on the cheats and stuff like that...

1-What are action replay codes?

2-Can I trade even though i'm on an emulator? I don't know if I can connect a wireless adaptor or a GBA cable, and I can't collect all the pokemon without trading.

3-How can you get the aurora pass and the mystic ticket? There are no nintendo events here in the Philippines, so it's kind of hard, and if there are any cheats, it would be nice if someone could give them to me...=)
