Go to the staff chamber in the Pewter Museum and get the Old Amber.
Give it to the appropriate scientist in the Cinnabar laboratory, walk outside, come back in, and you'll have an Aerodactyl from him.

Hi,
Go to pewter city and next to the museum their will be a little hut, if you use cut and get in there talk to the next, to the old amber and he will give you the old amber take it to the lab on Cinnabar.
