Where is a good place to level my level 45+ Pokemon to level 70 (Keep in mind I have yet to beat the Elite Four/Rival).

There's a female swimmer on Kindle Road, Knot Island who has two Psyducks and one Golduck. She's good for training, especially a Gyrados with Thunderbolt, to level 70. You will have to surf around the longest point (above the woman) and then use the Versus Seeker once you land to fight her repeatedly. She provides 2,596 XP provided only one Pokemon fights. Other good Versus Seeker people on this route are:
(all of this is single)
Black Belt Shea with 1,798 XP
Black Belt Hugh with 1,751 XP
Crush Girl Sharon with 1,767 XP
If your levels are lower, then Route 15 works well.
If your levels are higher, Sevault Canyon works well.
