Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

Hi, everybody always talks about the islands, (ex.) Island1.

The only islands I could find or surf to were Cinnabar and Seafoam.

Where are these islands?

You need to have beaten cinnabar island's gym leader to get to these islands (1 to 3 only), once you've beaten the gym, when you come out Bill will ask you to come along with him to the Sevii Islands.

Once there, you have to complete a quest in order to get back to Kanto again (find someone... not going to spoil it for you) just follow the storyline from there and you'll be set.

If you don't go to the islands with Bill when he offers you, he'll goto the cinnabar pokemon center to wait for you, you can come back to him anytime if you want to go to the islands.

Once you've beaten the Elite Four with at least 60 pokemon in your pokedex, prof.Oad will give you the Rainbow pass to allow you access to islands 4 to 7.

I won't give you details about what to do on the islands, thats up to you to explore and have fun with =D good luck

All you have to do to get to the 1,2&3 is surf ( or fly) to Cinnabar go into the fiery town of burning desire
(its a building) then find the seceret key in there then go into the gym (on Cinnabar) beat him (he has fire pokemon) then when you come out you will meet bill (the P.C desiner) he will ask you if you want to go to island 1 from there on a fast boat! you say yes! you will be at island 1 (WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!)
you can't come back to kanto unless you compelet an objective there so get all your good pokemon out!

Once you beat Blaine on Cinnibar, Bill will speak to you, say yes to going with him, and he will take you to One Island, once there you will have to do a quest before you can leave, so take your best team. You'll be given the Tri Island pass so you can get to islands one o three from Vermillion. To get the rainbow pass to get to islands one through 7 is harder though.
