I really need help on this one part. I am stuck in Lavander Town and I can't get past Pokemon Tower.

If you have already go to the game corner and go to the basement and battle the owner and get the item he drops.
Then go to the tower and go to the top there is a ghost that turns in to Marowak (but you can catch it) defeat it and go up the stairs and battle the guys from team rocket. Then you'll find Mr.Fuji. He take you to his house and gives you the Pokeflute.
