Get Rare Pokemon

Can I get Deoxys, Ho-oh, and the other rare pokemon?

ANSWERS

I know how to get deoxys ,go to one isle and go into Pokemon center and talk to everyone until you find bill the pc guy.hell give you a rainbow pass then go to team rocket guys talk to them and they should battle you after, you should see a cave go in it and walk around in tunnel until you find ruby then go to five isle andin another cave you will find saphhire then return them to bill and he will give you another pass to deoxys go to where moltres was then stairs should be there go up them to deoxys

Other than Mewtwo and the Legendary Birds, no, you cannot get other rare pokemon. There were Nintendo events that allowed you to get them, but they are over. Only way to get them is to cheat.
