After you beat the game, one shiny Pokemon is released at each route, cave, or other areas inhabited by Pokemon. However, there is around a 1 in 8,000 chance of meeting one.

They don't come easily, but you can hack for them.

When I start the game I battle wild Pokemon with who ever I picked frist and I have found two shinies. But I have to tell you I found a sperow the frist time and I re started and I found a pars. So if you're willing to do the same way I did. Other than that by best guess for you is to keep battle wild pokemon. Good luck
