To get Golem,you'll need a Graveler.
Then,when you trade your Graveler,it'll evolve into Golem.

Unfortunately, Golem is one of those Pokemon where you have to trade to get, like Alakazam and Gengar.
Basically all you need to do is get a friend that's willing to help out, or (what I do) steal your sibling's gaming system and trade a Graveler.

You have to trade a GRAVELER so that it will evolve. If you have a friend who can help you, just ask him/her to help you. Just trade your GRAVELER and it will evolve into GOLEM and after that trade it back to your game. Now you have your own GOLEM. ...I hope it helps
...here are the other Pokémons that are needed to be trade so that they will evolve...

HAUNTER
MACHOKE
