JUST DEFEAT THE ELITE FOUR TWELVE TIMES THEN YOU GET TO SEE MEW OR MEWTWO AT THE CERULEAN CAVE BUT IT'S NOT MY FAULT IF YOU RAN OUT OF MASTERBALLS
