First beat the elite four and have 60 Pokemon caught , then talk to prof.oak again , then he'll give you a national dex ,then head to Cinnabar island, go to where took you to the sevi island , then talk to Celio , he'll give you a job to do. After you get the read ruby , he'll open all the island for you to get te blue one. The sapphire and ruby stones , allows trade between ruby and sapphire to firered and leafgreen.
