HOW DO GET CHANSEY AND TAUROS!?!?!?

AHHHH! I know where you can find Chansey and Tauros (Tauros: Safari Area Zone #2 and 3 Chansey: Safari Area Zone #2), but every time I meet them, they always run away, and I can't capture them! Is there some cheat or a special way to catch them? Please help me so I can continue to fill in my Pokedex!

Sorry, there's no special way of catching them, it's just chance. However, throwing bait makes the chance of them fleeing less, but harder to catch. Throwing a Rock increases the chance they will flee, but increases capture rate. Hope I helped.

Yes actually I have heard of a game shark or action replay code that you can use that will alow you to walk through walls. Once you walk through the walls in the safair zone, you don't need rocks and bait, you can catch them by battling with your pokemon.

i found a special way to get them that allways works you use bait twice then a rock then a pokeball hope it helps

do not give bait to the taruos. keep hitting him until he falls asleep then catch him with a pokeball

in the safari zone you can catch the following:
dradonair venonat tourose chancy paras parasite nidoran nidorina nidoran(pink) nidorino doduo kangaskhan rhihorn and i think there is more so try end find them

Heres the story I went into the safari zone looking for a rhyhorn. I was searching and I found a tauros! I thought I might catch but I thought I wouldnt. I threw one poke ball it shook twice it didnt flee I threw another one holding B and and when the poke ball shook I pressed it's direction AND I CAUGHT IT!!!! I got rid of my victreebel

I finally caught a Tauros in area3 thx just used bait then pokeballs from there

If you found them don't throw rocks and bait at them just throw you safari balls and rapidly press the b button. You'll have the higher chance of capturing them.

Its just a mental thing. The pressing "B" or any other "button trick" is just a myth. When catching Pokemon, the game does calculations, and pressing buttons DOESNT influence anything at all. Learn stuff from trustable sources. Not from random people from yahoo answers. Visit sites like Serebii and Bulbapedia. Trust me, I'm a Pokemon pro. Every day I pratically study Pokemon.

Shut up dude? haha someone mad xP It is true, The button thing is just a myth or somethin that ironically happens. I've done it numerous times, It didn't change a thing. Safari is mainly luck~ No I will not say I am a pro either xD Just noticed it through this entire time since the first Red/Blue/Green/Yellow games. The Bait/Rock thing def will help. But even that, AS the others have posted, Is STILL luck. And for the love of gawd, Wish people will stop saying they found Mew here and there. You HAVE to use a cheat/GameShark or any of the kind.

Actually you CAN catch mew in loots of places whiout using gamesharks (using the flyng trick i get one, its perty awesome), but it is a glicth and i am not sure if it can be traded or even fight with others consoles
