I need to know how to get the move HM07 Waterfall and how to get in the Cerulean Cave also how do you get in side the Team Rockets Hideout.

First you get hm07 in ice fall cave which is on four Island. You get to go catch Mewtwo when you have given the ruby and sapphire plate to Celio. To do this you go to the entance of the dotted hole which is in six Island. On the door you use the hm cut. Find your way through it which is quite easy and you will see the ruby plate.
Then a scientist will come and steal it. He will also give you the next password to the rocket hideout. Find your way through that and you will face the scientist that stole the ruby plate. Give it to celio and the go to cerealan cave and catch Mewtwo.
