You posted this question in the wrong section. Contests are only available on Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Pearl and Diamond. Anyway, you need to finish 1st on all master rank contests. When you have 5 paintings in the museum, go talk to the old man in there and you'll obtain the Glass Sculpture. It's a sculpture to place in your secret base. Plus, when you win the those contests, the guy showing you his artwork of your own Pokemon, gives you a special ribbon for your collection!! That is of course if you want ALL ribbons. Hope this helps
