Does anyone know where I can at least SEE a Venasaur? I don't want to catch one, I just want to complete my basic pokedex so I can trade with diamond.

You can't see a Venasaur not unless you chose a Squirtle at the beginning of the game. But you don't need to complete your Pokedex.

You don't trade to Diamond. You migrate by putting the GBA catrige in the GBA slot on your DS. On Diamond you'll need the NAtional Dex and been to Pal Park. You then migrate 6 Pokemon over and catch them in Pal Park. You can do this every 24 hours.

Yea you can only see it if your rival has 1 when you pick squirtle, so it might never be seen in oyur game, or you can check in trainer tower

I am not positively sure but I think I fought someone that wasn't my rival that had one. Battle some more trainers, I think a cool trainer had one! I will go check my game and find out. Hope this helps

HI I am 90% sure that if you go to trainer tower, go to the girl near the stairs select knockout,and make it to the 8th floor a guy named cooltrainer albert will fight you with a venusaur.
