How do you get to island 8 and 9 because I have been to all seven islands and there are no more

You must have a game shark or action replay code in order to get to those islands.

Islands 8 and 9 are navel rock and birth island
In navel rock you can get Lugia and ho-oh and in birth island you can get deoxys
