What level?
Does anyone know what level charmander evolves? Because I can not beat the first gym leader. Or can someone at least tell me what Pokemon can beat the first gym leader and where to catch it? Plz respond.

i dont know anything answered:
He evolves at lvl 16 and he learns metal claw at lvl 13 and take a mankey and train it till it learns cross chop or begin with squirtle or bulbasaur

Well keep training Charmander until he gets iron tail or metal clwa (can't remember which). But Brocks Pokemon are weakened by that attack. Or start over an get Bulbasaur, Brock and the next gym leader Misty are both weakened by grass.

If you don't have any water or grass Pokemon, then level it up to lvl 16. It'll learn Metal Claw at 13 and evolve at 16. At that level you'll be sure to win using Metal Claw.

Charmander will evolve at level 16 - 19. You should train it until it learns Metal Claw. Then go back to Brock and pwn him to the dust.

Actully Charmander evolves at Lv. 18 not 16. The best way is to get Bulbasaur by trading from another Leaf green or Fire red. Don't trade away charmander either. Catch a pidgey or something to trade.

Level 16, evolve it into charmeleon and use metal claw or catch a mankey from woutside the Pokemon league where they reject you can teach ot karate chop

Well level it to 13 and it will get Metal claw raise it to lv 16 to evolve it into Charmelion. Lv it to 36 and you will get Charzard
