Train your Blastoise more, and get two more Pokémon. I recommend having a Fighting type such as Machoke/Machamp and then getting a Ghost type. Gengar is an excellent choice.

Make sure they're around 50 or higher before taking them on.

Though I fail to see how you can't beat the Elite Four with two level 100's.

Ok you need an electric Pokemon, I would pick Richu after evolving pikachu. And I would get Kadabra after evolving Abra.

Well your Blastoise isn't good enough. Your Charizard and Weezing should be able to handle a few of the elite four members, but after those you don't really have much else. You need 6 party Pokemon, all around level 60-70. As I said, train your Blastoise more, and get two more Pokemon. I reccomend getting a Psychic/Ghost type Pokemon, and maybe a flying/dragon type.

Saying that, two level 100's, you should be able to beat them as it is.

Wait a minute, you're going into the Elite Four with only four Pokemon? Do you think you need one Pokemon for each 'Elite.' If you did, you need one more for the Champion. :- Well May I suggest trying to give your Blastoise an EXP Share, and go into the Elite Four. You may, however, have to lose a bit to train your Blastoise to maybe about Level Sixty. Those are my suggestions.

Catch a zapdos and use thunder on loreli's Pokemon, use blastoise's surf on bruno's onix, and charizard's fly on his fighting types, use shadow ball from weezing to beat agatha and blastoise's ice beam or charizard's dragon claw to beat lance, use ice beam to beat your rival's pidgeot, executor or venusaur, surf on arcanine, charizard or rhydon, shadow ball on alakazam and thunder from zapdos on blastoise/gyarados

Lucario is cool

Raise Venusaur to LV100. Catch Articuno, raise it to LV.100. Your Charizard and Weezing will be good as backups. The others are not needed. Be aware: after you beat the elite 4 you also must battle your rival without healing or anything.
