Lorelei and Raykuo
I have tree questions:
1: Must I beat the Pokemon league too meet raykuo?(sorry if I spell it wrong); I started with Squirtle.
2: I had found Lorelei at four island, but how do I get her to enter the Pokemon league?
3: Wich electr Pokemon are best on Pokemon LeafGreen?
Can someone tell it to me if our know it please.

1. Yes you must at least beat them once.
2. I don't think you can get her to join the Pokemon league.
3. It all depends on what strategy you have, I would either go with Richu, Electrode, or Zapdos.

1. I don't think you can meet Raikou in LeafGreen. Raikou is one of the three legendary dogs from Gold, Silver, and Crystal. Now, I could be wrong if there's some secret way of doing it but I think you may be thinking of Zapdos.
2. Lorelei is already in the Elite Four if I'm not mistaken. The Elite Four contains Lorelei, Bruno, Agatha, and Lance.
3. I don't know. You have to experiment with different Pokemon and you will find your favorite.

1) Yes, you must beat them.
2) Venture through the cave, find Lapras and rescuse the place from Team Rocket.
3) Zapdos, Raichu.

The answer to question one is yes, you must be the Elite Four at least once to see Raykuo. The answer is to the second question is you have to go to the cave (Sorry, I forgot the name.) and save the Pokemon that are there from Team Rocket. Then she will go to the Pokemon for you to destroy her. :-D The answer to the third question is Zapdos, found in the Power Plant, Raichu, Evolve from Pikachu or Trade, and for good Speed, Pikachu, Catch or evolve from Pichu.

1. You must beat the elite 4 and get the national dex to see raikou with squirtle as starter
