detailed help getting the saphire

I have tried with no luck on getting the saphire, I have found and received the ruby, went to ice cave and received waterfall, taught it to lapras went out the cave(crack) door, up the waterfall, down the ladder, and have not found team rocket wth Lorelli. I have slide around on the ice gone up and down all the ladders I have found still no team rocket/Lorelli. I have been through the walkthru and still can not seem to find out how to get the guy out from in front of the door so that I can use cut on it. Can someone please help me by giving me detailed info and/or a map. What could I be doing wrong.

Comment:(Jul 14 2008) got it, you have to go up into the cave entrance once going down the ladder from the waterfall.

You go around the cave if it not open you have to go in the team rocket's base
