I have beaten the game and the dots on the wall are brail I've read the passage but I don't remember what it said but to get to the Rainbow Islands you need to (first get a National Pokedex by after beating the Elite Four you need to catch at least 60 different types of Pokemon and go to Professer Oaks lab and talk to him and he'll give you and your rival a national Pokedex and you can access The Unkown Dungeon

Then go to one Island and Celio and he'll ask for help to get the plates first ones in the cave on the (I think) the sixth Island and give it to Celio then go to the rocket hideout you should know the first password but the second password you go to the cave with the guy standing in front battle him him then use cut on the door and it opens go inside the holes which are up left right down.

Then get the stone give it to Celio and BAM you got it done and the guy that you beat should tell you the second password. On one of the Islands there's a way up river and use waterfall or walk up the path to the ladies house and put your starter up front, if your starter is Bulbasaur shell teach it Leaf Frenzy if Charmander Blast Burn and if Squirtle Hydro Cannon.

My teem is a shining Deoxys 100, Charizard 100, Tyranitar 100, shining Mewtwo 100, Shining Lugia 100 and a shining Mew (Mew was traded from a friend and to get shiny Pokemon like I did is like finding a Pokemon you can see like Mewtwo you can talk to it then battle save it talk to it if its not shiny press and hold A, B, START, and SELECT and reset and do that over and over).
