I have 1. It is Gengar. I caught shiny haunter at lost cave.
I saw a shiny Seaking at the trainer tower.

They are all the ones I obtained in silver and leafgreen and they are all quality obatined and not cheat obtained you can tell because they don't have any false stats or any false ID numbers!
