As always this deppends alot on the person. I suggest this: don't use it. Always try to catch a Pokemon with regular balls and only if you run out of then, use the Master Ball. If you are really decidied in using it, then use it on the strongest/ most rare Pokemon you see. But don't worry after you use it, you can always catch any Pokemon with a regular ball.

I would just copy a Pokemon but before you copy it you give it the master ball. SO keep doing that until you have enought to catch them all!!!!
