Well, to tell you the truth, you cannot find any of the starter Pokemon in game. It has been like that for every Pokemon game there is. You are supposed to only be able to get one of the starter Pokemon at the beginning of the game. If you want the other two Pokemon that you did not choose, then you will have to trade with someone who has one of the starter Pokemon, and is willing to trade with you. Or, you can buy an Action Replay, or another cheating device such as the Gameshark cheating device and use a code on there to get the other two Pokemon in your party. But if you are looking for them in game, then you might as well stop right now because you will not find them.
