It depends on the types of moves that are one hit ko
For example:
Groudon uses fissure on pidgy it won't be affected because ground moves don't affect flying pokemon
So basically the type of the move you use depends on the type of Pokemon you battle
Well, if a One Hit KO move is certain type, say fissure is ground. You know that regular ground moves moves like Earthquake will not affect flying Pokemon, or Pokemon with the ability Levitate. So, using that knowledge, we can safely assume that all flying Pokemon are safe from Fissure at least. They can still be hit by other One Hit KO moves such as Sheer Cold, or Mega Drill. Speaking of the other moves, it does not matter if they are super effective or not. You could use Sheer Cold on an Ice Pokemon, and if it landed, then that Pokemon would faint. It is a one hit wonder move so no matter what type of Pokemon it goes up against, it will win if it lands on the Pokemon. Really though, you do not have to worry about these one hit moves, no one in the game uses them that I know of. Hope this helps.
