Oh man, that is one crazily wicked rumor. Unfortunately, I am going to have to tell you that that is merely a rumor, or a made up story and is false and un-truthful. I do not know where exactly you heard that information from, but I would not listen to that place or person again as they are feeding you full with lies. I mean, yes, we all know that it would be really cool to be able to join the ranks of Team Rocket and become the commander, but we cannot. Then again, what you are hearing may not have been all rumors. There are people in the world who hack into the Pokemon game and switch everything around, including the storyline. These are fake Pokemon games, and there was a Team rocket version of Pokemon Blue made, I am not sure if one was made for Pokemon LeafGreen. Still, the chances of finding a hacked game are real, so you will not be joining Team Rocket anytime soon, sorry.
