Well I have alot of questions 1. Where do you get the silph scope? 2. How do you get to the power plant? 3 how do you get the poke'flute? And thats pretty much it well please help me!!!!!

1. Rocket Hideout in Saffron City. Give the tea the woman in Celadon Mansion gives you to the guard to enter Saffron.
2. Go to the Pokemon center near Rock Tunnel and surf down.
3. Save the old man in Pokemon Tower.
4. Go to 3rd floor; setp on the left arrow, then right, 4th from the diagonal of arrows below (starting from the top), then go down and take the stairs on the right to the 4th floor. Form there go all the way north, fight the grunt, take the key in the pokeball. Now go beat Giovanni
