What floor is the card key on for the Silphco. Building in Saffron. And what floor do you go on after you find it?

Warp from the south warp tile on the 9th floor (the one beside the big boxes). Then walk all the way right.

I forget where to get the key card but go to floor 9 and find a warp pad and it warps you to your rival. And after that you battle the boss of team rocket so I would heal if I were you.
