I think you have to get them in trade from ruby or saphire.

Those are Pokemon from silver and gold but first of all it's not bayleef it's chikorita but I'm not exactly sure where to get unless you might be able to(im not sure)trade from silver/gold to ruby/saphire, and then to leaf green/fire red after doing celios quest.

Can you even trade from SG to RS? Or do you have to have Pokemon Stadium for that. And I think you have to have it to move from RS to FR/LG any way..

Well you have to trade from another game or have like a code for gameshark or action replay.
P.s. Typhlosion is my favorite Pokemon too.
