Legendaries continued!!
Hey, thnx for everybodies help.
I just have 1 problem. I can neva get to the top of Mt. Ember, only into those springs things
Can someone plz tell me how 2 do it.

I have forgotten how to do it myself, but you could look on youtube for a visual of some getting past Mt.ember, so look in the walkthrough section for help with as well.

To get to Mt. Ember go to the water next to the spa's. Then surf up. You find boulders and keep using strength on them. After awhile you'll be at a cave with three sections. Keep going up the ladders and you'll get to the top of Mt. Ember. There is another boulder puzzle. Go through the puzzle and you'll be at Moltres.

As you get near the Spa at Mt.Ember you surf up on the water there should be a boulder puzzle, sorry can't remember how to do it, then go up the ladders, then do another boulder puzzle. Then you should be there!

To get to the top of Mt. Ember you need to get the move Strength so you can move large boulders out of your way. The move Strength you have to find the guy or go to some place and find it so you can teach one one many of your Pokemon that move. To tell you the truth only some of them can learn it. For me it's my poliwrath who that move.
