Well in the islands where you catch moltres articuno and zapdos go to the top and walk through the grass a couple of times and babo a magmar has to appear if it dosent your game is broken or some thing=) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's in the grass ON Mt. Ember (One Island). That is the only place to find.

Island 1 In Mt.Ember There Are Alot Of Grass Right? There You Will See Magmar On The Grass Cannot See Must See What Wild Pokemon Appear Then If Iss Magmar Catch.. There U Will See Magby Magmar Slugma
