Hey. Its mac truck umm can you get umbreon and espeon in this game ? If so how? Thanx a million

Yes, trade Eevee over to Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald, then make it happy and it will evolve.

Only by trading with Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald. Don't evolve your Eevee, and then trade it over to one of the above mentioned games. Make your Eevee extremely happy (still in Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald) by feeding it stuff like berries and that candy stuff (forgot the name. My apologies) until it can love you no more than it already does (someone tells you, I think it's a woman in Slateport). When it does...
Level it up at day (6AM - 6PM) for Espeon
Level it up at night (6PM - 6AM) for Umbreon
It might actually be the other way around; I can't remember completely. It makes more sense this way though.
After you have done so, trade back to Leaf Green.

No, Pokemon LeafGreen and FireRed don't have a clock system. You'll have to trade them to a game that does, such as Ruby / Saphire / Emerald or Diamond and Pearl, evolve them at day or night respectively, then trade them back to your game.
