How and were to breed Pokemon becuse I got a pikachu and a ditto and I need a pichu.

Go to 4 island and put your ditto and Pikachu in the day care and they should have a pichu

All you need to do is beat the Elite Four, get the National Pokedex which is obtained by having 60 pokemon. Go and get the Ruby which is obtained by beating the Rockets at One Island, in Mt. Ember, go inside and find the Ruby. Then, you can go to Four Island and put in Pikachu and Ditto inbto the Day care, wait five minutes or so, then hatch the egg they give you.

You need to go to island 4 by catching 60 Pokemon and beating the elite 4 and by getting the Ruby from the rockets.
