1.Where can I find ceilo?

1. Tto find Celio go to first island.

2. And 3. Make sure you have caught at least 60 Pokemon and go to Pallet Town. Talk to professor oak and he will give you and gary the national dex. You must talk to Celio on One Island. He will tell you he needs the Ruby and saphire gems (well sort-of). You go up to Mt. Ember and where you see the two rockets they will battle you. They should be very easy since you have already beaten the Elite Four. You beat them and go into the cave and find the ruby - give it to celio. He still needs the saphire. He will give you the rainbow pass allowing you to go to 4,5,6,and 7 island. Go to seven or Six Island I think it is seven. And go in to the valley thing and use Cut on the door that won't open go into the cave and find the saphire. A scientist will steal it. Go to Five Island and go to the rocket ware house and you will beat the executive rocket dude and get the saphire back. Give it to celio and he will fix the network machine and let you Trade to ruby and saphire. You can now go into Cerulean Cave and catch mewto you need rocksmash and Surf. Use a sableyeand none of his moves will affect you use a lot of pokeballs and timer balls once he becomes in red and uses struggle you will catch him in under 7 tries. Make sure you get him with a nature that ups special attack and raise him to level onehundred and teach him (once he has max Special attack) recover ice beam thunderbolt and psychich. He can beat the elite four by himself. Mr. Mime plus mewto= easy success

1.Island 1

2.Beat the league twice...

3.Get the NDEX..catch over 60 Pokemon and talk to prof.Oak...then go back to island 1 and talk to Celio in the Pokemon center...

After that do this

Ruby gem is on Island 1. On Mt. Ember Cave. Two rockets are blocking the entrance and they will only leave if you beat them and you probably will be able to beat them. Sapphire Gem: Ok.. This one gem make's the game but more complicated and bit drastic. After you got the rainbow pass go to island 4. You must bring a useless water type Pokemon so you could teach it the move Waterfall. Yes it is there you will find the HM Waterfall. After getting the HM..go up to the waterfall and you will find the Elite 4 member Lorelie trapped by Team Rocket Grunts' Help her beat them and then she will ask you to save the other pokemon. Now you must go to Island 6. Now bring a Pokemon that knows the move Cut. Now go in front of the door. Use the move cut and it will open. Enter the cave and go to the middle hole. You will end up on a dungeon with four different holes. Here�s what you need to do. Go to the Top hole, then left, right and bottom and you will ended on a cave go to the hole and you will find the Sapphire gem but a scientist will take it from you and you MUST get it back. Now go to Island 5 and go to the Team Rocket's Warehouse. Beat all of them including the Scientist and after that he will give back the Sapphire Gem. Now take it back to Celio and the machine will be fixed and you can now Trade to Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/XD and Coliseum

Ok here's what you do
1 catch 60 Pokemon (great achievment)
2 win the Pokemon leauge
3 go to vermilian city
4 go to the ship port
5 go into Pokemon center
6 talk to the guy at the big machien

you need to get 60 pokemon then to talk to prof oak

1. Celio is on Island One in the Pok�mon Center.
2. Do all the things you need to do on the Islands, and then challenge the Elite Four a second time, they use higher levels that time. Then he'll let you in.
3. Getting the Ruby Gem, on Island One, which you find in Mt.Ember's cave. Then you get the Rainbow Pass (the ticket to other islands, four through seven) and then you can go to the other islands.
