I am about to face the elite4 and each person gives you 5000$.So I need to know where to get the amulet coin and the soothe bell. Thanks to anyone who can respond.

Amulet coin is in Route 16 checkpoint...go upstairs and talk to the guy over there..

Amulet Coin: After getting 40 Pokémon, go to Celadon City and head to Cycling Road. In the gate, head upstairs and talk to Prof. Oak's Aide. He'll give you the Amulet Coin if you have 40 Pokémon.

Soothe Bell: Use the Itemfinder where Mr. Fuji was in Pokémon Tower.

Okay. You need Type Trumping here. You will need the following:
Electric
Water
Ice or Dragon
Flying
Psycic
And possibly Grass

Lorielli=Electric Type
Agatha=Psycic Type(Kill them quickly or these will die of supereffective ghost attacks)
Bruno=Water or Grass
Lance=Ice or Dragon
Rival=Always need:
Electric
Water
Bug or Psycic
May need:
Rivals Starter= Charmander You use Water
Bulbasaur You use Fire
Squirtle You use Grass.

You can only get the soothe bell in emerald, sapphire, ruby ( I'm pretty sure).
And you get the amulet coin from your mom after you beat the elite 4 ( in LG, FR, ruby, s ,e.

If you don't get it from your mom after you beat the elite 4 then I'm not sure where you get it from.

The Amulet Coin is in one of Prof. Oak's Aides, if I'm not mistaken on the top of the building that separates Cycling Road and Cerulean City (not sure, though). You need 40 Pokemon to get it.

The Soothe Bell is found on top of Lavender Tower. Go to where Mr. Fuji was standing, use the Itemfinder, and you get it.
