Question for Pokemon FireRed
Hello poke fans!! Quick question when I enter the Pokemon cheat for a squirtle with a gameshark it doesnt work why is that? It says description then code I don't understand why when I put the information in it still doesnt work. P.S. Plz reply as quickly as possible thanks!!

Either you're entering it in the wrong place, or you're entering the wrong code. Try checking you have the right version of Gameshark.

Make sure the Code [M] is on(Master Code). Then enter that Squirtle code and for description put "Squirtle." Then walk into the wild and you should encounter Squirtle.

Well it is most likly that is the wrong code. See if you can find a different one. Then walk around a field and see if it works. There was suppposeably two versions of Leaf Green/Fire Red version that affects the codes. It could also be that you have an old version of the gameshark. So be careful with the gamesharks. They are more known to wipe games.

Well dude it could be because it's a bogus cheat or that you enter it in wrong.

Possible you need a different Game Shark, since there are others and they feed off different codes.
