Where do I find the national pokedex and the two stones (ruby and saphire)?
<BR>Plus how many eggs must I hatch to get the second and third stricker?
<BR>Also how do I get mew?

Catch 60 poke then beat the elite 4 and become the champ to gte the n.dex
Ruby is on mt.ember
Sapphire is on icefallcave
Hatch all the Pokemon that is able to hatch in your pokedex and see what happens, to be honest I don't really know and I don't care
Cheat,trade or nintendo event.

1.You got to catch up to 60 diffrent Pokemon,Rudy is on MT Ember,and the Sapphire is on island 6.

If you have captured and recorded 60 Pokemon in you're PokeDex, then you can get the National PokeDex from Professor Oak after beating the Elite 4. If you haven't you can still search for more and visit him again.
Ruby is found on Mt. Ember
Sapphire is found on Ice Fall Cave

What do you mean "Stricker"?

Mew is gained by using a GameShark, ActionReplay, or going to a Nintendo Event, like Pokemon Rocks America, etc.

Good for you if you are trying to get the stickers...

Enter the hall of fame - 1, 40, 100, 200
Hatch an Egg - 1, 100, 200, 300
Win a Multiplayer Battle - 1, 20, 50, 100

Those are the number of times you need to do the task before you can get another sticker. Good luck with it. (These are the numbers from Nintendo's official guide so they are correct.)

1) The ruby is deep in Mt Ember.
The sapphire is in dotted hole

2) I think you need to hatch about 100 eggs.
Check the cheats page (not user submitted) in case I'm wrong. It tells you there

1. You need to beat the league and have over 60 caught pokémon.
2. Oak updates your current Pokédex and it then holds national pokémon data. But you need to beat the (1st on at the top first).
