I just beat Team Rocket in Saffron and beat the gym but now I'm stuck. When do the gyms in Viridian and Cinnabar open? Pokemon...person

Now go to saffron and beat the rockets there again.
In order to open the gym in cinnabar, you must find the key in the mansion. It's in the basement.
When you beat the gym leader in cinnabar go to viridian and battle the gym leader giovani!

In Cinnabar, go to the Pokemon Mansion west to the gym and find the Secret Key. It opens the Cinnabar Gym door. Beat Blaine and Viridian's Gym will open.

On cinnabar go in the mansion. You have to find a key. Then you can go in the gym there. Then when you beat it youll go to the Tri Islands. After you are done there you can fight Giovanni.
