How do I catch suicune because every time I walk or fly to where hes at..

Sometimes he does not run but most of the time he does,it's luck if he stays.

First take note of where he is then find a patern that's how I caught my Entei.

Your best bet is to use a Master Ball on it. That way it won't run away in the first place. If it changes location when you get the location that it was previously then you have to try cornering it on the map.

Because if you make a big jump so does he. Best to get in a well known place were he goes go there save game and turn it off and back on and once he is back in that spot you can find him again. Use a goldbat that knows mean look. Trap him from leaving.

If you try to Fly to where it is, it'll refresh it's location. Anytime you fly, the three dogs' positions change.
You'll want to get a Jynx and level her up, she'll learn Mean Look. Keep leveling her up. Don't waste your Master Ball. The damage done to the dogs stays with them. Get Suicune to red health, if you make it faint, shut it off and try again. I usually paralyze them all with thunder wave. Then, take out Jynx, and go find Suicune again. Use Mean Look, and start throwing Ultra Balls. It'll take time and patience, but DON'T USE THAT MASTER BALL!!

Catch and train a Pokemon with shadow tag ability (woboffet, wynaut) or arena trap (trapinch, diglett, dugtrio etc.) to level roughly 50 and put him/her in front of your party so your ready for battle so the roaming Pokemon (Raikou, Entei, Suicune) won't immediately flee (but it still can use roar 1/4 of the time to escape) and save at a city with many exits (saffron maybe) and Fly to it's Pokemon center without leaving city and see where it is press a b start select and then go back to where you saw it

Find Suicune,Raikou or Entei on the places has weak Pokemon.use max repel so other Pokemon won't bother you.use Pokemon that has a ability shadow tag or arena trap(wobbufett will be good) or Pokemon with mean look.weaken it and make her/him sleep or paralyze.throw some ulta balls or just use Master Ball.

Use max repels. Have a Pokemon over level 50. Then run in a route. Any route works. Switch routes if he does not come.(Then go back there!) P.S the level 50 Pokemon is a Wobbeffet.
