I've beaten the elite 4 and cought about 40 types of pokemon...here are my ?s
 1.How do I get the pass that lets me onto 4-9 islands?
 2.How do I move that goon blocking the Cerulean Cave?
 3.Now that I've beaten the Elite 4,Will one of the legendary dogs challange me?
 4. What level does Nidorino/Nidorana evolve into NIdoking/Nidoqueen?
 5.I have a Charizard lv.71,what should I teach it???it knows
 Flamethrower,BlastBurn,Fly,Mega Kick
 6. My Zapdos knows thunder wave,shock wave,detect,drill peck what should I teach it???
 Please...HALP...Thank you

ANSWERS

1)Get the Ruby and give it to cleio in the Pokemon centre on island 1.
P.s,Its too hard to explain how to get the Ruby so search this site on how to get it
P.s,The Sapphire is hard to explain aswell.
2)After you get the Ruby AND the Sapphire and got the national dex he'll be gone.
P.s,you get the national dex by completing the E4 with 60 Pokemon in your dex.
3)No.
4)For them to evolve use a moon stone on one.
5)Those moves are good.Don't change them.
6)It should know:Thunder bolt,thunder wave,Thunder and anything else you want.

1. For 4-7 you must get the National PokéDex (catch 60 different types of pokémon) and you must have given the Ruby gem to Celio.

2. You have to beat Team Rocket out of Icefall Cave on Four Island and the Rocket Warehouse on Five Island. You also need to have given the Ruby and Sapphire gems to Celio.

3. Once you've done what you needed to do on question 2, and also solved the puzzle in Sevault Canyon. I've only been able to encounter the legendary dogs with pokémon of level 49 or lower strangely. Use your Master Ball on it.

4. You need to use a Moon Stone, they don't evolve by level.

5. Ok, lets get things straight. I wish people would stop using Blast Burn, Frenzy Plant and Hydro Cannon because they are RUBBISH MOVES. Anyway keep Flamethrower and replace the others with Dragon Claw, Earthquake and Aerial Ace.

6. Keep Thunder Wave and Drill Peck and replace the others with Thunderbolt and Hidden Power Grass/Ice (if you can).

I don't know some but I can answer a few

1.you need 60 types of pkmn to get the national dex off oak to get the passe to isle 4-7 ( I think) island 9 you need a special ticket cos the island has deoxys on, I got it.
2. Talk to him
3.yeah but I don't know which ( you need the national dex)
4. Use a moon stone
5. Keep it the same
6. Forget thunder wave get thunder and get rid of detect for somet better.

1) For islands 4-7, recuse Lorelli from Pattern Bush, for 8 and 9, use a cheat device.

2) Obtain the national Pokedex.

3) One of them will appear randomly, depending on your starter Pokemon.

4) Moon Stone.

5) Loose fly and megakick, instead get swords dance and rock slide.

6) Thunderbolt is pretty much the only thing that could improve it.

1. You must have 60 Pokemon get the national dex from professor oak go to 1 island go to mt ember fight the rockets go in the cave find the ruby talk to celio and then he gives you the rainbow pass
2.clear the sevvi islands of team rocket
3.you must have the national poke dex
4. I believe you use moon stones to evolve them

1.To get to 4-7 islands go talk to Celio after you beat team rocket in the ice cave,and for 8-9 you need a cheating device.

2.You need to find the Ruby and the Sapphire and you have to defeat the Elite Four.

3.It depends on which starter you picked.

4.You need to use a moon stone.

5.Teach it:
Sword Dance
Heat Wave
Fly
And maybe Slash

6.Teach it:
Thunderbolt
Drill Peck
And two moves of your choosing.

1) Gain 20 more Pokemon, you need 60 to pass.
2) Get the Ruby & Sapphire gems to Celieo.
3) You have to find it at random once talking to Oak after getting over 60 pokemon.
4) It takes a moon stone.
5) Teach it Fire Blast.
6) Thunder of course a very powerful shocking attack.
