Okay forget the lavitar thing I found him wheres the main spot you find swecuine(spelling)ive been looking all over for it and I can't find it plz anwser asap

Suicune can be found any wheres he moves form spot to spot,but you can't find him on the islands.

You can find suicune in random spots of grass all around the mainland. You can't find it in the ocean or on the islands. It's totally random and the first encounter is the toughest. The hints I can give you is you could buy a whole heap of Max Repels so that you don't have to encounter normal Pokemon on your search (this may be expensive so you don't have to), and always walk from place to place while searching (if you fly suicune is scared away and his position is reset). I used these tactics and I finnally caught mine.
