Well you get the Sapphire in the Dotted Hole which is on Six Island.If you've got the Ruby then you will be able to get there. If you get lost just follow the map to the dotted hole.
PS.Make sure you have some way of reading the braille. PPS.It's my birthday tomorrow !

You find the Sapphire in Dotted Hole. Dotted hole is on island 6. To get there you must give the Ruby to Celio and he will give you the Rainbow pass. So you can go to islands 4, 5, 6 and 7. But first there will be a scientist in the way of the entrance to Dotted hole. First help out Lorelei on island 4 then he will move out of the way. Then use Cut on the door and it will open so you can now find the Sapphire.
